I first started to regularly work out at the age of 16, since then I have never looked back, I went from not being able to bench or do any pull ups to now doing weighted pull ups and benching close to 2x my own Bodyweight.

This plan contains a lot of information which will help you to make gains and also understand where exactly I came from to what I am now.
